This small little Airstream food truck has some great BBQ, complete with a separate food truck just for the kitchen, and they also have got a fairly large smoker as well. I will say that I have had better Brisket, but their's was still very good. I was sold by their sides, the BBQ Baked Beans were incredible, and I never opt for Bake Beans as a side, also their Mac N' Cheese was very good, with the perfect thickness, almost the consistency of Elmer's Glue, and last but not least, their traditional BBQ was amazing and it had a ton of flavor! The only downside, is that they are bit on the pricey side.

Husband got the brisket and pulled pork with sides of baked beans and corn on the cob, with Texas toast. We're visiting from Austin, TX, so we're likely a bit biased. We found the meats to be almost inedible: dry, bland, and over-smoked. Didn't care for any of the bbq sauces, but they were flavorful. The corn on the cob and baked beans were delicious. However, this platter, which was just enough for one person, cost $20. Fellow Yelpers, please go elsewhere.

Fantastic. Nachos are a must. Tad pricey, but so is every food truck in seaside. Worth it for the experience.
(5)Katherine A.
I have to say I was a little skeptical about trying barbecue in Florida however the food was spot on and better than some I've ever tried here in Dallas. The prices were very cheap and if you have to try anything you have to try the brisket nachos as the cheese sauce is a beer base and has an amazing flavor

Great pulled chicken sandwich. The meat was tender and juicy. I tried the two mildest sauces, which were both very good. The service was quick and super friendly. Nice casual costal atmosphere. We loved sitting outside. The beans were a little spicy for me, but the rest of my family loved them. My 8 year old ate all of her meal and the rest of mine! We will definitely have to stop by again during our next vacation!

We come to Seaside often but this was our first time trying Barefoot! It was pretty good and what's better is that it offered a different type it food on Seaside beach. Slowly but surely they're adding to the choice of cuisines here. I got the pulled pork sandwich with Mac & cheese and potato salad - for $10.95 and I also got the Bloody Mary since they claim the best Bloody Mary on 30A. It was pretty delicious if I might say. The Bloody Mary was $7.50. If you go when it's crowded, then good luck finding seating. The workers are always pretty upbeat whenever we order or walk by, which is great!

Honestly hard critic on BBQ coming from STL ... but not bad! Had some ribs, corn and Mac n cheese was said to be their thing- it was a bit buttery for my liking but decent overall. Atmosphere is wonderful. Neat airstream, crafty idea and love the holiday lights.
(3)T H.
Got the bucket of ribs (half rack $14) by staff recommendation and was not delighted. They were served as a 'basket of ribs" and we're just warm. I proceeded to eat them and they were -bland and without that smokey mojo like you would expect from a good bbq place. I was hungry enough to finish them but I regretted it afterwards - now I'm just hoping I don't get sick. In hindsight, there was not a line and appears that this place survives on new customers (like me) that are lured in by the awesome food truck atmosphere in this area. I would have just given 1star but I granted the second star for the sauce. I really could not have finished them with out the sauce.
(2)Ryan P.
First bit of great food since we got to Florida! Wife and I made a trip just for the food trucks and had the BBQ nachos! Amazing! I'm a big guy and my wife and I easily shared this for lunch. We are hitting this place again before we leave!
(5)David B.
Pretty darn good bbq if I don't say so myself. I know some would say this place or that place but it works nicely. Enjoying it on Christmas Day with the family!!
(4)K S.
I got the BBQ nachos and the meat was great. The corn tortilla chips were kinda bleh cheap grocery store ones, though. Generous portion (The Fella had to eat half). I loved the sauce bar/stand. Definitely try the Pipeline (mustard based bbq sauce). Wow.
(3)Chuck And Elizabeth S.
Food was standard BBQ, nothing exceptional or stand out except for the very small portions. I had the pork sandwich plate and my wife had a salad. I should have gone with the Turkey leg. Salad was small, The pork sandwich was small for the money. The sides, mac and cheese and beans were good. The beans were very good with a little heat to them and not overly sweet. Plenty of sauces available. DO NOT PAY BY CREDIT CARD. Included on the bill were undisclosed fees and charges that amounted to 20% increase in costs - service fee (for what I'm not sure), a gratuity of 10% and THEY CHARGED FOR TAP WATER ($0.40). Food was acceptable, portions were small, extra undisclosed charges were unacceptable. There are better alternatives elsewhere. Typical tourist trap food.

I have had several heart breaking experiences regarding our dining experiences while here, so I was eager to have my culinary palate satisfied, and a food truck was one of the first places to do it :) We had walked by this set of food trucks the day before and drooled over the menus. I didn't want to get my hopes high and then dashed, so I remained ho-hum leading up to my first bite. We ordered the nachos with BBQ pork, and let our eyes gaze upon the delight before we let our taste buds experience it. With a silent prayer to not be let down again, I took my first bite. Hallelujah! The BBQ pork was tender, moist, and flavorful, and the chips at the bottom of the pile had soaked up meaty, juicy goodness, and I loved each last bite.
(4)Patricia O.
I loved the brisket! The traditional BBQ sauce was best for me. Beans were good but to spicy for me.
(5)Eric L.
Probably the best BBQ on the Panhandle So this may be a bit of an outlandish statement, but their Q is top notch. I ordered a half pound of pulled pork, and it had everything I look for. Good smokey flavor, nice bark, tender as can be, and juicy. They don't smother it in sauce before they give it to you, which proves to me they have nothing to hide. They do offer a variety of sauces - the vinegar and mustard based ones were my favorites. The staff was very nice, and I do believe these guys and their pork could compete anywhere. Prices were pretty reasonable, especially for the area.
(4)Bill S.
Ok, it's a food truck style but with a dash of awesome. The pulled pork is good but can be a little greasy. The sliders are huge so beware. I recommend the nachos with chicken or pork (more than enough for two people). The service is always great and the music is top notch (kudos to the DJ and to whoever writes all of the "barefoot bbq" themed songs). Sauces are ok, nothing to write home about. Overall, a cool place to grab a quick, low key lunch or dinner.
(4)Alan J.
Enjoyed the pork sandwich and Mac & Cheese. Had hottest sauce. Good flavor and not overbearing on the heat. Customer service was excellent.
(5)S N.
Overpriced. Weak tuna dip..$11 for one small scoop of tuna and tostitos chips? Pork sliders was just ok. But friendly, fast service
(2)G S.
Average. Looking for more. Slaw was good. Disappointed overall but perhaps what to expect from beachside BBQ.
(3)Shrader G.
This is a super cute food truck in seaside. My friend and I walked from watercolor to eat here. There is a great variety of sauces to choose from- my favorite is the traditional. It is a little pricey for food truck barbecue but it is seaside.
(4)Kat L.
2.5 stars. What. The. Hell. Sliders. 3 choices of meat. All three sliders must be of the same meat. So I get pork, and Ruth C. gets the brisket. Fine. We will share. No worries. We're so excited, we're taking photos, and I'm jumping over, and through (yes, through- I have the bruises to prove) tables, and benches. My name is called and we get out pretty sliders. They come with a pickel (vomit). I immediately give Ruth my pickle and throw napkins on my plate before the pickle juice can invade any of the sliders. Got to be sneaky charlie! Then we try the sauces. And look at each other baffled. "wait, this place gets five stars. We are in "lower alabama, so they should know bbq right?" I try the brisket. Its super dry. And each sauce is more disappointing than the last. I feel like a bratty goldielocks. This one is too bland. This one is too vinegary. This one is too hot. The pork was a little better, but it was chopped, not pulled, and again, dry. I felt bad bringing Ruth here for a snack on her last day of vacation. So bad I wish I would have taken her to ::gasp!:: Sonny's. So the portions are great, and the price point is extremely fair for this touristy overpriced area that is the glorious town of Seaside ::heart::. The staff is nice enough, but I was thoroughly disappointed. I'll be back to try something else... but... I think its totally overrated.
(2)Steve E.
Soooooo mediocre. If you don't know good BBQ, then have at it. Really good smoke ring on the meats. But NO FLAVOR. Ever try a dry rub? And if witnessed the vat of cheese they use for their nachos AND for the Mac n cheese (nacho cheese sauce poured over dry pasta) and I am telling you, I know a lot of southern cooks that would have slapped somebody. People were very nice working a busy lunch crowd, but walk across the street to the taco bar. You're welcome.
(2)Jamin M.
I love BBQ. this place was a great find. the pork sandwich was incredible. the greens where very tastee.
(5)Adam S.
I had a large spinach salad with pulled pork. My wife had a brisket sandwich. I've traveled all over the US; this is solid barbecue. Not the best but solid. It's key to realize that they have four different flavors of sauces. I like their pipeline mustard base.
(4)Jeremy H.
I did the smart thing and called in my $100+ order on a spring break night. When we got to Seaside there was no where to park so I had my wife circle the block...coming into this town going W on 30A took about 20mins to make the last half mile, be warned if you're driving, ride a bike instead! Since I called ahead I could jump straight to the head of the ridiculously long line. Since we had a ton of BBQ and sides, I asked for a few tubs of each of their bbq sauces since everyone has different tastes. What I got was a few small ramekins in a box. Let's start with the bad. Poor handling of sauces. The corn on the cob is $2, what they don't tell you is that it's half a piece of corn. I've had corn everywhere from Maine to Ohio, Florida to California, I've never paid that much for such a small, poor tasting piece of corn. Seriously? I'm a good tipper, when I picked up my order, I noticed that 10% gratuity was already added in...hmmm....nobody told me that up front? I'm not apposed to paying that for takeout and typically tip more, IF I'm informed up front. We had several racks of ribs, some of them were more tender, some of them were tough and gritty. The cuts weren't that great and they weren't consistent at all. My kids got the cheese nacho kids meal...horrible. Chips were soggy and wet and came from a bag you'd buy at Sam's Club to sell at a little league game. Cheese was the same. The good, they actually smoke their bbq, it has a great crust, and the sauces aren't bad. I enjoyed our pound of pulled pork much better than the ribs. The pink cole slaw surprised me, it was better than I expected, but not great. The beans were awesome, at least to me, but to my wife they were a bit spicy. If I went back I'd just get the pulled pork as the ribs weren't consistent and overall they needed a few more hours in the smoker. I'd also get the beans again and I would call in my order, ride down on my bike and pick it up. I might also bring a couple ziplock bags to get the sauces for everyone.
(2)Jami W.
What a disappointment! Barely adequate food. Portions were small and the price was high!
(2)Meghan H.
I really want to like this place.....but I just don't. I'm BIG on barbeque and this place unfortunately just didn't cut it. I wasn't as enticed as I hoped I would be by their menu; the sides were especially lame as none of them sounded too appealing. I decided to try out their turkey leg and truly wish I had opted for something else...First of all, it was ginormous!! (which is a good thing) BUT the way that it was prepared or appeared to be prepared really creeped me out. I must say, I ordered it with no barbeque sauce on it because I'm more of a dry rub kind of person than a sugary-sauce-that-masks-the-flavor-of-the-meat kind of person. Anyways...the leg seemed like it was boiled or something strange...It had a super weird taste to it, so much so that I could not take more than a few bites - which is crazy coming from such a carnivore as myself. Overall, the food truck idea is cute and the workers are very nice, but the food...not so much.
(3)R. W.
Loved the BBQ pork nachos!! Our table of four shared a plate as an afternoon snack. Loved the cheese and the 'Hang Ten' BBQ sauce. $11.25 per order isn't cheap but expected for this area. Ladies working were very friendly and welcoming!
(4)Will Z.
Great place! Love the row of food trucks, pleasant area to relax and eat. BBQ was great, nice sauces. Food was tasty and not too pricey. Great location of retail, parks, a nice bar. My kids don't eat BBQ, so having sno cones, hot dog stands, taco bar, and grilled cheese trucks nearby were kind of cool for the whole family.
(5)Ruth C.
Informative note that I'm not docking for: no mix-n-matching on each set of sliders. I get it, it's an economical thing. Side of the day was a chowder, but instead I opted to help fill out Kat's meat indecision. Food came out after 5 minutes or so on plain room temp buns with a limp pickle wedge on the side. Lots of tables out front, gladly shaded and accessorized with squirt bottles of their signature condiments. I skipped sampling the Tiki Dust since clearly enough of it already had been used on the meats. Dry and disappointing. I close my eyes and try to pretend I'm eating the Firefighter tri-tip sandwich of many fairs past. I personally preferred the brisket over the pork by a slim margin. I turned to each sauce in hopes of a miracle, and Hang Ten won by a landslide. Wipeout's nuances were lost in the vinegar, Pipeline's mustard base was unappetizing to this mustard enthusiast, and Hot Lava was not even spicy enough to tickle a Scoville addict's toe. Two and a half stars. I've had much better dry rub barbeque. I'd be willing to come back to try the turkey leg and/or chicken. Even in Lower Alabama, how could so many Yelpers be so wrong?
(2)Amanda D.
I would return and order the pork nachos again, however I would not order the beef brisket (had it in slider form) again, it was a bit dry and chewy. I also cannot rave about the red cabbage slaw, it just didn't do anything for me and the mac and cheese was meh at best, chalky and overdone. The atmosphere and location give this place a boost as it has a fun casual vibe.
(2)Mrs. E.
Some of the best food in Seaside. Really friendly service. We always go here when in seaside.
(5)Jay G.
Ribs served at room temp. Portion was small. 10% service charge was not noted anywhere on the menu.
(2)S M.
Go ahead and skip the brisket (especially if you're from Texas). HOWEVER! You must get the pork. Wow! Absolutely delicious. Wish I had the full pound!
(5)Gabe R.
Located along the Airstream food truck row, I found this to be the best of the bunch. I had the beef brisket sandwich with the beans and mac and cheese. The beef brisket was slightly dried out but still had good flavor. I added a little of 1 of their several bbq sauces to the sandwich and it was good to go. The beans were probably the best bbq beans that I have ever had. They included some bell pepper, onion, and one(or maybe all) of their meat debris/drippings. They were phenomenal. The mac and cheese was ok. Their kids menu leaves some to be desired. The chicken strips were of those found in a Kid Cuisine frozen meal. The prices are a little high for bbq but overall really good for a food truck.
(4)T T.
Fantastic barbecue. I has the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, baked beans and a cold Landshark. Highly recommend!
(4)Melissa T.
LOL @ Richard L! Who DOES use an iPhone app for bbq moisture and why is there even an app for that! The hubby and I LOVE food trucks, but this is a ... permanent... food truck.? I thought the point of having a food truck was so you could drive to where the food was to be served. But anyway, I didn't care because their sandwiches are so awesome and they serve you beer on the sidewalk. (you can't do that in ATL)
(4)Daniel T.
For a OK meal at a reasonable price, this is your spot. I got the half chicken with baked beans and cole slaw. The chicken was average or perhaps a little below with very rubbery skin. Baked beans were very good and the cole slaw wasn't too bad either. For the sauces, I liked the hot lava (spicier) the best and the traditional was sub par and just really bland to me. I was irked that they added a 10% gratuity for nothing and a 1% service charge without any signs posted for why I would be charged all this. They also wouldn't let me get different types of sliders on my son's kids meal. Overall, you have better options in Seaside, FL.
(2)Steven H.
Staying nearby and decided to stop in seaside for lunch. I had the pork sandwich with mac n cheese and potato salad while wife had beef brisket sliders. Pork was delicious! Juicy and tender. I tried all of the BBQ sauces and surprisingly the mustard BBQ sauce was my favorite. Let's just say that when we were talking about our favorite part of the day at dinner...the sandwich made the cut. Sides were good as well.
(5)Tori W.
My favorite BBQ joint by the beach! The BBQ nachos are stellar with any of the meat options! The brisket, pulled chicken, & pulled pork are all fabulous! The mac & cheese is really good too! And I LOVE all the sauce options! Cannot go wrong!
(5)Nash W.
After reading reviews from Yelp, we decided to try this place on our own! Little did I know they offered one of my favorite items....a smoked turkey leg! And YOWZAAAAAA was it GREAT!!! It was smoked perfectly with a dry rub on the skin. It was moist and flavorful. Im not sure it could have been better!!! And trust me, if I say I liked it it was good! I'm known for being pretty picky! The mac and cheese was over the top good! Next time, I will order a few sides of it. It rates up at the top of my list for mac and cheese places....and that too is a huge compliment as it's also one of my favorite dishes. It was rich and cheesy with perfectly cooked shells. I don't even usually like shells but these were GREAT! The chicken sliders on the other hand were a huge disapointment. The chicken was dry, and it was only flavored with a dry rub. Had there been sauce on it, it may have been salvageable. There are pumps available with 4 different types of sauce, but drowing overcooked chicken in sauce it like putting a bandaid over a flesh wound from a machete... it just isn't going to cover it.
(3)Afthab Z.
Happy New Year Murphy! And thank you for taking your time explaining the way your fabulous barbeque is made. Taylor and I had a great time and enjoyed the food very much. Your BBQ is by far the best we have ever tasted (trust me we have tasted some). Am so glad that we have a place to get great and taste food in SeaSide! You are the best bro. See you when I get back. Afthab
(5)Jim C.
The best of the best! Can't imagine anyone missing it on their vacation! Try everything at least once! Murphy will treat you right! Tell him Swantree sent you!!
(5)Mel G.
Pretty good! Love the traditional BBQ sauce & their mac & cheese is amazing.
(4)Chet M.
The brisket and pork was dry and had very little flavor. The cold slaw was awful the baked beans were good. If you think you're going to find great BBQ in an airstream trailer... keep looking.
(2)Jan G.
Was so excited to see the food trucks/trailers lined up on 30A in Seaside but nobody delivered the true experience we expected. To be fair, we only tried the sliders but they were dry, tasteless and just downright below average. For such an affluent area, we expected something more than kiddy food. Whatever was smoking smelled good but it only teased.
(2)Mark S.
Gotta say it totally surprised us. Now it has to be one of our favorite places along 30a. Very kind owner with great personality ...even found out Peyton Manning was a regular here and I understand why. Its a little pricey but I would rather support a hometown business owner who works hard to please his guests. He is one of the few that stays open until 3am!...We will return for the pulled pork platter often :)
(5)Greg S.
Okay, this is the first time I have ever eaten out of a food truck so this may be a little bias based on the new experience... but this place was awesome. Seriously this is some of the best food I have gotten in the Destin area! I had the pork sandwich with macaroni and cheese and pineapple slaw. My wife had the brisket sandwich with the same sides. Both meats were wonderful and moist. The bread was lightly toasted and buttered. The macaroni and cheese was delicious and cheesy. I really liked the pineapple slaw, but my wife didn't care for it. I also ordered a pina colada and it was the best I've had this vacation. The service was quick and friendly. Overall it was a wonderful new experience with a food truck and wonderful food. Price wise it's a little expensive, but it's priced for the area. I would go back any chance I got!
(4)LTine M.
A little silver trailer on the side of the road has some delish BBQ (and I'm not normally a fan). Not only was their pulled pork sandwich scrumptious, it came with two sides that were fresh and just as yummy. To top it all off, at each of the outdoor picnic tables they have four different types of BBQ sauces for all different likings. - vinegar based - mustard based - traditional - spicy If you're in the area this would be a great place to stop for a bite to eat on the way to the beach.
(5)Caleb L.
Operating out of 2 Airstream trailers beside Hwy. 30A in the town center of Seaside, FL, (near Destin) Barefoot BBQ is just steps off the beach. But the chilly December day that I stopped here wasn't a beach day-it was the kind of gray, cloudy day when some good barbecue really hits the spot. Looking over the menu, the first thing I noticed (after the prices) was the pecan smoked pork sandwich. I am a big fan of smoking pork with pecan wood in the little bit that I have done, so that was the obvious choice for me. The prices were comparatively high-$15 for a sandwich, two sides and drink! but the smell of the meat on the smoker, wafting on the cold wind, convinced me to give it a try. I took my sandwich, potato salad and soup to the truck to eat on the ride home. That was a mistake. I drove the next 15 miles paying more attention to making sure I didn't lose one bite of that sandwich, rather than making sure I stayed in my own lane on the road. It was that good. Just the right amount of smoke, combined with perfectly seasoned meat piled high on garlic toast made this the best pork sandwich I've ever tasted-even without any sauce. They have four flavors of sauce and I tried one, but I don't remember much about it. Compared to the wonderful sandwich, sauce was an insignificant afterthought. The potato salad and barley soup were excellent as well. The only complaint I have is that the tea seemed to be canned Lipton.
(5)Cydney R.
Stopped for lunch today. SO good. We had both pulled pork and brisket. Both sandwiches were very generous and served on toasted bread. The meat was just great. Fun little place, and a really good lunch. Will certainly return.
(4)Jason B.
this place is great the ONLY issue is that the meat is a litte dry and i think it has to do with the fact its not a full scale restaurant with more real estate and time. if that were the case they could probably bbq everything for another day and get everything to fall off the bone . ORDER: counter - its a food stand JEANS: again its a food stand
(3)Karina G.
Decided to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful May evening by splitting a beef brisket nachos as an appetizer with the husband. Delicious. The cheese was a bit strange (sort of like a cross between melted cheddar and canned nacho cheese...I can usually place cheese pretty well, but I don't have a better description for this), and I didn't try the sour cream, but the bbq sauce selection was great! Con: surrounded by the Seaside Beach teens whose parents have abandoned them for the week... Good plan for escape: head straight over to Bud and Alley's (over 21's only after 10:00 PM) for course 2 (tuna dip and crackers).
(4)Richard L.
Here's something I don't get about people that are BBQ experts or whatever. They are basically like beer snobs only fatter. What the hell is the point of that? "oh the meat was a bit too dry, I used my iphone with the BBQ moisture app to determine it was off by 1% saturation on the molar level". I don't get it. The real test of BBQ is: do you eat it, knowing that it is not good for you, and then sort of regret having eaten it because you want more? In that regard, for Barefoot BBQ the answer is a resounding yes. The brisket is fantastic, though I prefer my brisket unchopped. The pulled pork is simply perfect, and the ribs are juicy without having the solid mass of rind that I tend to find on ribs. Rather, there is some bite to them, real flavor from the meat that saturates your mouth as you bite into them. The sides are excellent - the coleslaw in particular has pineapple in it and is fantastic, not only because they use purple cabbage, but because the acidity of the pineapple cuts through the hotness of the sauce. This all warrants 4 stars, but what pushes this place over the top is the fact that the pitmaster is awesome. My brother has a green egg that he smokes meat with, but his brisket never reaches the level of other briskets I have had(I'm looking at you, chuckwagon). The pitmaster talked to my brother for about 15 minutes about different techniques, where to get good meats, how long to cook and tips and tricks, then he gave my brother a tour of the smoking area and showed him how he does the meat every day. All while I stole a lot of my brother's food, which he barely noticed when he sat back down, which really only adds to the score. This is a food truck, so if you are uncomfortable being a fatty fatty fat fat outside, gorging yourself on meats, covered in BBQ sauce like a man eating a buffalo heart, then really, why the fuck are you eating BBQ in the first place? Revel in your fatness, I know I do. Enjoy the best BBQ in panama city, and then later, sitting at the beach watching young, trim beauties walking by, then you can feel guilty...that you do not care about them as long as there is sweet, delicious BBQ.
(5)Casey A.
Little Food truck right by the beach. All Meat was tender with great smokey flavor. Meat was a little dry could have used a little more BBQ sauce. Mac and cheese was tasty. Looked like all meats are smoked right there beside the truck. Friendly service and the kids meal even came with a frisbee for the beach. Great place
(5)Cary G.
Authentic BBQ in the middle of Seaside. Our party had pork sliders and sandwiches. The pork was smoked perfectly with a nice smoke ring. Sides were spicy and portions were large. Very good value for the area. My wife says, "nuff said".
(5)Daniel M.
Great BBQ! The spicy sauce was a good addition to my sandwich, and the side of Mac and cheese hit the spot. Remember you are in a tourist beach town, so don't expect normal BBQ prices
(4)Lee B.
Amazing BBQ!!! Definitely some of the best I have ever had. Baked beans were by far the best I have ever had. I wish they had one closer to the Destin/FWB area. Tempted to make the drive just for the food! Don't pass it up!
(5)Mohamad M.
This is a cute joint right outside the main center of the seaside community near Destin. Its a large two trailor stand with seating outside and gas heaters that can be used at night when it is chilly located just infront of the main drive. The menu is classic BBQ with meat choices including the classics of chicken, pulled pork, brisket and ribs. To start, we ordered some cold beers and pulled pork nachos. MMMMM, the nachos were delicious. Creamy cheese blending the classic nacho flavors with the sweet and savory pulled pork. We all enjoyed them and would definitely order them again. For the main courses, I got their combo platter which came with my choice of two meats, two sides and toast. I got the pulled pork brisket. My parents got the ribs and my sister the pulled pork. They have a good range of sides from mac'n cheese, to baked beans, slaw, corn, spinach salad, greens, and a few others. I tried their mac'n cheese and beans. When my plate was ready and name called, the gentlemen asked me which sauces I wanted and having never been there, of course, I asled to try all 4 of their signiture sauces: a mustard base, vinigar accented, spicy and traditionally sweet bbq sauces. To start, none of the sauces were blow your socks off good. I enjoyed a combination of the traditional sweet and the spicy onces. The Mustard based one tasted too much like yellow french's mustard and the vinigar one just tasted like vinigar without enough of the other flavors. My pulled pork and brisket were served in individualized paper cups and both had a good smoke flavor to them however I found them both to be a little dry but definitely edible with a good slathering of the sauces. The mac'n cheese were shells and delicious and the baked beans were by far the best of the the platter with good smoked pepper flavor mixed with bbq'd meat and beans, mmmm. My sister who had the pulled pork, mac'n cheese and corn on the cob had a similar take on her food. My parents got the rib platter, and we all tried the ribs and were greatly dissappointed. The ribs were of the dry rub variety which wasn't the problem. The rub flavor was ok at best, but the real problem was the ribs were tough!!!!, It was like eating beef jerky. Sadly this ruined their dinner experience which had started so well with the cold beers and good nachos. Overall I say this place has good potential. The outdoor seating is fun, the sides are really good and there is good smoke flavor in the meats but the bbq itself and the sauces needs work. 3 stars.

Food trucks are always fun and this one is no exception. Stopped for lunch and three of us shared park bbq sliders and an order of BBQ nachos. All was very very good and I especially loved the nachos Large plate of chips with cheese and jalapeno peppers topped with a lot of BBQ pulled pork.

You wouldnt think that you could get great BBQ from an airstream trailer parked on the side of the road but that is very far from the truth in this case. I have eaten here many times and wont miss it when I come to the beach. The pulled pork is some of the best BBQ I've had! They also have 4 sauces, each different and all are very good but Hang Ten is my favorite.

Lots of food. Enough for sharing. I would go back next time in Sea Side!

Yelp reviewers let me down on this one. The pork sliders were bone dry. I've had better BBQ at a dozen road side dumps in Texas. Get a hot dog or griilled cheese next door. BBQ is disappointing.

Wow!! This place was amazing! The pulled pork was possibly the best I've ever had. It had a great flavor and just the right amount of smoke. The sauces offered were very good, and covered a nice range of spicy, traditional, mustard, and vinegar. The brisket was outstanding as well. We had a group, so we all ordered different things and were able to taste a wide variety of items. I'd highly recommend the pulled pork and mac and cheese, with the brisket right behind it. The baked beans were good, and had a kick. The ribs were good as well. The only thing we tried that wasn't at least above average was the chicken. It was still good, but I'd order one of the other meats instead. Probably the best bang for the buck meal we had on our trip to the area. You are robbing yourself if you come down here and don't stop here for lunch.

The pulled pork sandwich combo is the best. I love the wipeout sauce and the baked beans. It's a little pricey but typical for the area. The people who work there have always been really nice.

Fun atmosphere. Good barbecue, side of the day was soup was excellent, slaw was ok but potato salad was not so hot.

Amazing smoked tuna salad. Very cute little silver trailer. Awesome that it is basically right off the beach.

I really enjoyed this adorable food truck located in the heart of Seaside! Everything from the look of the vintage silver trailer to the DELISH Portabella sandwich ($6.95) that included Jalapeno aioli and garlic on Texas Toast. I subbed in a side salad in lieu of potato chips for a somewhat healthy option. It was just what I needed after a long day on the beach! The casual picnic tables on the sidewalk were a fun excuse to chow and people watch! TIP: Don't skip this spot if you are vegetarian or vegan, there are some solid options!

@Richards review is the best review....maybe ever. I can't top that but I would suggest his review is to reviews as Barefoot BBQ is to BBQ. They have four sauces that are all so good, I write poems about them. They catered an event for me and delivered it

Pulled Pork sandwich worth stopping here for. Just like anyplace else in a tourists area, expect to pay more than you would at home, kids meals are especially expensive for what you get around here, and Barefoot BBQ is no different in that aspect, quite pricey for some frozen chicken fingers....but the kids did love the free Frisbee that served as their plates. Love the group of airstream trailers, 5 star for atmosphere, but could not bring out full 5 star with the price for 4 to eat here.

Seriously....Murphy, you gotta stop making your BBQ so good. Im eating there too much!! My staff at Solace should be honorary staff of Barefoot, they are always eating there. I guess I lead by example! Thanks for great BBQ, keep it up! Michael

Fantastic. Nachos are a must. Tad pricey, but so is every food truck in seaside. Worth it for the experience.

I loved the brisket! The traditional BBQ sauce was best for me. Beans were good but to spicy for me.
